I purchased these boots back in April of this year(2012) and have put them through light-moderate usage. First off these boots start off a little stiff which is to be expected for new boots. After a short break in period these boots are extremely comfortable. One quick note, if you purchase these boots, you might be interested in purchasing new laces as the ones that came with mine was very thin, and in order to get the boots tight you need to pull the laces pretty hard which is kind of uncomfortable. I've worn these boots in both wet and dry conditions, the boots let water right in, which they are designed to do, but they also drain and dry very rapidly which they are also supposed to do. That aspect of the boots are great, and they pair very nicely with sealskin socks. What I have noticed, however, is that less than a year later the boots are already starting to tear which is very disappointing. For the price point, I would expect more and I know that in general Magnum makes great products, however having a pair of boots start to tear and fray in other places after less than a year of light to moderate use is unacceptable.

very comfortable boots, though not especially good for a lot of durability. after only a couple months of city walking and occasional running, the glue on the underside of the middle is beginning to come undone. however, they are still very wearable, quite comfortable, and nice for ventilation. i can actually feel some air flow on my feet while riding my bike.
